East Bridge Road Construction
Pre-cast bridge arches had to be set in difficult terrain and in winter conditions. The project required two moves, one in the fall and one in the winter.
Barnhart planning and rigging were essential in completing the project in time.
The East Road Bridge Project was a road construction project to re-align East Rd by putting in a new bridge and flattening the road. The project required 2 moves, one in the winter, one in the fall. The major challenge came during the winter portion and it involved positioning in a very deep road cut to get close enough to the work. In the winter, we set eight 21 1⁄2 ton pre- cast bridge arches and in the fall we set the remaining four.
